The hyaluronic acid fillers contain a specially prepared hyaluronic acid (HA) which corresponds to the one naturally occurring in the skin. No preparation is required prior to the treatment. Anesthetic is not necessary as the substance which is applied during the treatment already contain local anesthetic. Hyaluronic acid treatment should not be used in conjunction with laser therapy, deep chemical peel or dermabrasion

The wrinkles and furrows are smoothened by injecting the hyaluronic acid under areas of skin where they appear. They are a result of changes in skin structure and arrangements of collagens and elastin fibers. The used substances are transparent and have a gel consistency. They are available in sterile syringes for single-patient use. The right choice of hyaluronic products allows to get best results in skin smoothening and tightening, depending on the location and nature of skin defects.
