No preparation is required prior to treatment. Each treatment or series of treatment sessions is preceded by a medical consultation.

The treatment consists of two stages. The first 20 minutes (Base) is focused on the general needs of the skin and includes drainage massage. The next 10 minutes of treatment (Focus) concentrates on a specific problem and certain skin area, such as raising buttocks, saggy skin over the knees, removing stomach folds.
